I fundamentally believe in people’s ability to manifest change in their lives. I have experienced transformation and witnessed it in the lives of others. What is needed is the right process and the right support to enable people to reach their potential. Fitness for me is an incredible tool of change, not just on the physical level but on the psychological and emotional wellbeing levels too. I recognise that the principles necessary to achieve results and change in fitness are applicable to other areas of life, and that fitness can work as a practical method of demonstrating these principles in action. For example, once we recognise our determination, planning and goal setting skills, discipline and strength in the physical domain we are able to realise these principles in other aspects of our lives and wellbeing. I aim to offer a range of approaches and services to individuals and organisations that centre on the concept of fitness as a tool for change.
